I am a proud mom, adventurer, wellness and spiritual junkie.  I am eternally optimistic, high energy, fiercely driven, and deeply committed to my own personal growth.  It is my passion to make a positive difference in the lives of others.  I believe we all have the ability to truly flourish, and that this comes from living life fully aligned with our deepest commitments and attending to the health of the mind, body and spirit.

How We Coach

The first thing we do is explore your goals, why they are important to you and what life will look like when you have achieved them. From there, we partner together to explore, seek clarity and gain new perspective with a combination of approaches and a diverse array of tools and exercises. Next we develop a plan of action, which may include doing, learning or practicing as well as a dose of accountability. It is my promise to do all of this with the strictest of confidentiality, immense compassion and encouragement.
