I’m Martha – a mom, an adventurer, a wellness and spiritual junkie. But more than that, I’m someone who understands what it means to feel like you’re capable of so much more, if you could just find the right way to unlock your potential.

I am eternally optimistic, high energy, fiercely driven, and deeply committed to my own personal growth. And my biggest passion? Making a positive difference in the lives of others through ADHD coaching and executive function coaching.

Her responsibilities span from managing the behind-the-scenes operations to providing personalized coaching support to individuals. With extensive experience in project management and leadership, she feels incredibly fortunate to bring her skills to the Now Go Flourish team.

• Certified Florida Department of Education teacher for English and Social Sciences (grades 6-12)
• Extensive experience mentoring students across various ages and stages of life

With nine years of dedicated service in the public school education system, Meredith has become an expert in understanding and supporting diverse learning needs. Her professional journey highlights:

• Provided reading and math remediation for 4th and 5th graders
• Extensive experience supporting students with:
  • Language challenges
  • IEP and 504 plans
  • Gifted education programs

• Educational Specialist Degree in Early Childhood Education
